From the viewpoint of today`s commonsense, it`s almost unbelievable that Daimajin and Gamera vs Barugon were released on the same day in 1966. I was a 10 years old primary school pupil when I watched both movies with my deceased grandmother and a younger brother at a movie theater in my hometown. 54 years have passed since then, but I remember it very vividly.

I remember as a kid discovering the Gamera Super Monster trailer on a VHS, right at the end of a cartoon movie called "Hoppity Goes to Town". It was even dubbed in American.
