he didn't, he just got super lucky. there is an omen that makes chaos only remove either a prefix or suffix though, and obviously if the item is full it'll only add back a prefix or suffix.

At this point it is verified that GGG can change roll-odds and outcomes on individual basis...there is no way in hell otherwise, since Sefearion gets a staggeringly high number of Brameljack's every. single. league. than most players. I've never gotten even close to as many as he has in a league...

There is one unique rusted cuirass in poe2. While he got lucky to roll the unique outcome of the chance orb, the moment he rolled it, bramblejack was the only possible outcome. While it is true that through funny coincidences he did get lots of bramblejacks to build up this meme, he obviously heavily plays into it. On your filter, bramblejack is most likely hidden (poe 1), on his not.
