Kaif, I assume you're using OBS to stream and record. Run OBS as administrator; This will help with your FPS drops. Make sure your GPU High Priority Compute doesn't go above 80%, this is the sweet spot and can help with spikes. [use task manager in the GPU tab to find this, click one of the drop down arrows.] Personally, I hope you're recording to an SSD with at least 500MB/s write speed. With these three things, you should never see an FPS drop unless it occurred in game.
