Ngọc Trâm Lê Nah,I think LiFang actually died, if the timeline is: MeiShin’s performed “Lady Pier” on the show , but didn’t win eventually -> MeiShin started suffering Asthma because of the pressure and family stuff keeps troubling her -> FengYu discovered MeiShin’s illness is not because of physical stuff,but because of the mental problem, he didn’t believe that and started to think CiGuGuanYin is worth a try -> LiFang and FengYu had an argument about the income -> LiFang went back to her mother’s home, decided to bring her family(including MeiShin) away FengYu and divorce with FengYu after she filmed the movie -> LiFang went on the broadcast and talked about how fucked up his husband was(inside the elevator scene) -> FengYu listened to the broadcast,started to hate his wife and wanted to prove that CiGuGuanYin actually can help MeiShin(inside the elevator scene) -> FengYu asked mentor Heuh for help and let MeiShin stay in the bathtub for a week -> MeiShin was in the bathroom (dead) -> LiFang asked FengYu where’s MeiShin(the beginning scene)->LiFang went to the bathroom and found out what happened to MeiShin(when player start falling into the tub) -> LiFang ran to the elevator to call the police ->FengYu grabbed a knife in the kitchen ,had a little chase with LiFang in the living room and killed LiFang right in front of the elevator,which left one of her high heel and a pour of blood on the ground(at the very first LiFang scene jumpscare)->FengYu went to washed his hand(washing hand scene,duh) -> FengYu discovered what happened to MeiShin(ending scene) -> FengYu dismembered LiFang’s body(lot of trash can be found at the kitchen in one of the scene ) -> FengYu called Mentor Heuh but she didn’t answer the phone(walking on the hallway and calling Mentor Heuh’s scene) -> FengYu sat on the sofa and went crazy after everything/committed suicide( Ending) That would make a lot of sense, I do have some evidence though,like at the very first beginning , the clock was at 5 o’clock,when he’s washing hands ,his watch was at 6:15 o’clock,and when he done dismembering LiFang’s body,the clock showed us it’s 2am .But it’s just my speculation,it might not be 100% tru 😹😹

Pretty sure the reason the wife collapses before she can enter the elevator is because of the sacred symbols on the papers lining the walls and ceiling in front of the elevator. They form a barrier that she cannot cross.
