That's what I was thinking as well. Not to mention the cliffhanger after the credits showed the hanging man in the static of the TV. The same hanging man that appears in the very beginning of Six's story. Maybe we'll get to learn the story of the hanging man through that one girl's side of the story.

It's possible that Six eating the runaway kid has allowed her to know the lady's weakness and cause the lady's death. I saw TheGamingBeaver's recent theory, and in it, he explains how Six's hunger also absorbs the essence and being of what she eats, like when she ate the rat, she was easily able to navigate the pipes, vents, and tunnels of the maw, and when she ate the lady, she gets her powers. It could be possible that the runaway kid's death wasn't in vein, because of when he saw the lady's reflection, he discovered her weakness and the lady tried to stop him, turning him into a nome hoping Six won't find the runaway kid, but it didn't quite work out that way. The lady is vulnerable to mirrors when she has her mask on. When Six ate the nome/runaway kid, his knowledge of the lady's weakness passed on to Six and that's how Six was able to kill her in the end. Six would've never took down the lady, if it wasn't for that chance encounter between Six and the nome/runaway kid.

This was one of the best games I have ever played in my life. Although there were only bad endings so far, hopefully we get a good ending in the next DLC series. Unless it’s just gonna he a sequence of bad endings with each child. (Even though Six escapes, it was still a bad ending because she turned into some evil cannibal demon.)
