Just a little info dump for those that are curious: all the black knives are female, and the ringleader, Alecto, is named after a greek goddess, one of the three Erinys/Eumenides, who are basically different flavours of goddesses of vengeance, with Alecto being "she who never rests".

It's actually easier than you'd think. I'm a mediocre gamer and managed to do all of them. Start with DS1 as it's the easiest and simplest to get into. I struggled the most with DS2. DS1 has a lot of content that it's also a fun game to get into speedrunning.

For those struggling with Rykard, equip a lance in your offhand with the greatspear, and crouch poke him with R1s. It does incredible DPS meaning you're less likely to get one shot over time.

I don’t know if this has ever happened to anyone, but I was fighting against the Unalcerated Tree Spirit in the Giants Catacombs. He then proceeded to grab me like normal and toss me THROUGH the fog gate to the entrance of his boss battle. I still beat him on that same try though.

What do you think about a dark souls only boss weapons fight. The asylun demon hammer should as one and every four bosses you change the boss weapon. The boss weapons could be any weapon that can be crafted with a boss souls. You could do this run in ds2 with some different rules.

sooo, pretty sure they commented it already, but for this damn rot pot is a trick if you need to farm thos butterfly´s. if you roll in the rot and go out of it, the rot will still build up. but the rot prock is roughly only half as strong. or so i saw in another video. dunno if they patched that since but i thought id tell you

If you're gonna use the Scar/soreseals, it's gonna be a bit sad to me, cause ive never seen someone not use em. Not complaining if you do, makes sense, since it makes the game a bit more doable like this. Just wanna see somebody never use anything like em. Just to see how much worse the run can be.
