Another tip, when you’re on that pillar at 1:35, you can drop 3 peppers, set them on fire and it will create a updraft, which will carry you to the top of that center structure which is impossible to climb. That’ll get you to the highest point easily.

PRO TIP: Don’t waste time trying to fly though the spikes for the 2 Rubies chests. Use a fire arrow or a torch and burn the middle banner on the left-hand side of the room. It’s an instant pathway AFTER you beat the boss. No need for ol Linky to be shishkabobed. ALSO: Come here after you get the upgraded Stasis rune, then freeze the big lugs to run past.

Here's a bit of extra advice to make sneaking around a little easier. If you have the full Stealth gear set, now is the time to use it! If you don't have it already, you can find it in Kakariko Village. You can use it to get close to some of the guards to sneak strike them. It will also make it almost impossible for them to hear your movement unless you're running.

You should climb up the wall opposite of the spikes (next to the ladder) and then when you push away from it and unfold your parachute you're already gliding in the right direction. I had zero problems doing it like that. Alternatively, I think you can go back and get all the items after defeating the boss, when all enemies are gone.

Back when I was trying to finish this dungeon I didn't know that the bananas could distract them like that... I had to restart over 30 times and try to stealth kill every single one of those annoying son of a guns. It took me more than 2 hours, but I did it. Part 2:43 - you don’t need to glide through it. When you first enter the area before he hits the ladder, walk to the right and you’ll see three long tarps/sheets (whatever you wanna cal it) hanging off the wall with their clan symbol on it, burn the one that’s in the middle by throwing the torch at it and boom, easy. It also creates a little short cut so you won’t have to run back n’ fourth through the room-KINDA. 🖤

If you don't want to use the bananas you can use stasis + from the side quest to upgrade your runes. I believe you need 3 ancient cores to upgrade stasis. It allows you to stop enemies in time.

well the stasis rune is the color yellow, you ride horses in zelda so its technically diegos stand, but lets be real here, when you hit a stasis'd enemy you may as well be donuting a bokoblin shaped kakyoin.

You can kill the blade masters, get their sword. Leave and save, then when you enter you can keep doing that for a bunch of strong swords.

Stealth missions like this in games stress me out so much that it's real anxiety and not fun anymore. So thank you for this I just followed it exactly as I went 😅 It reminded me of the stealth in Windwaker but in that one I had my barrel to hide in which brought me a lot of comfort that this doesn't have

Same 🤦‍♂️ I went and killed giardians to collect ancient parts to trade for ancient arrows at the Tech Lab. Then took these guards out in one shot each with the ancient arrows. Came here bc I couldn't find the trap door. Only to find out that I could have distracted them with bananas 😂 (I left the bananas bc I didn't want to take the prisoner's only food 🤣)

this isnt a non stealth game, its an OPEN WORLD game. "non stealth" implies that combat it self is the main focus, however the focus in open world games is exploration. in other words, its your job to adapt to the environment. it may help to play it as so. other then that, i do understand were your coming from, ESPECIALLY in the older zelda games.

If I saw this bit coming then i wouldn't be so salty over this. Just so many bad memories where I would get detected because an enemy suddenly showed up around the corner behind my camera, i get detected then my whole playthrough of that section just gets ruined. Fair enough. Hell, Stealth is probably my favorite game genre, so i may be a little biased. Still though, if they had to force in a stealth section, this is far better then something like in the n64 games were enemies are dumber then rocks(quite literally when you have the stone mask in mm) and go out in only a few hits. At least in this the gameplay is better for it and the enemies are too tough to just give stealth the middle finger. I'd also argue that the average player may not be very subtle, and begin the game with open combat. By having one dedicated stealth section, it would draw more attention to the more overlooked aspects of the gameplay. It is not necessarily abandoning everything, just drawing more attention away on to others.

pause at 0:32 see the very small ledge on the wall in the top left of the video.. you can glide over and stand on that and the baddies can't get you from there. It's too small for them to warp to and for whatever reason they just can't hit you from that ledge. I was able to kill all 4 bad guys that room from that ledge which is better than sneaking by because they drop some cool shit when u kill them.

i've been sneak striking them all and just killing them its actually easier and i use the remote bomb to distract them whichw orks well too. Good guide tho! you missed out on some really valuable stuff but great directions on where to go! thnx :D

This place made me stop playing the game for a while, thanks for the guide! I didn't know you can just run around them in non-sneak mode. I thought you would be too loud, like with other stealth mechanics. I would have loved the option to fight them all...but with those one-hit kills it's quite impossible without high-end gear. oh well....But now I can finally continue to my first divine beast xD
