The past and the future cannot be explored alone! Team up with a friend and piece together the mysteries surrounding Albert Vanderboom. Communicate what you see around you to help one another solve various puzzles and explore the worlds from different perspectives!

I see a lot of people say that the game is boring or the puzzle is too easy, but it only looks like that on the surface. The whole fun in the game is to communicate with your partner throughout the game-without looking at each other’s screens. I think if you play the game without knowing what’s the other side’s screen and only proceed with communication, it would be a lot more interesting.

Actually I think it's the opposite, past is outside because things were little and future is inside cause things were big... It is like in the past, you are sending the things inside the box...

We should think that both are true; the past is inside the future, and the future is inside the past. This is supported by the last scene, where the infinite loop occurred as the future inside the past inside the future inside the past ... The former is also suggested by Chapter 1; -The smoke in the past room was vented out of the future box. 4:42 -The music from the tape on the future box shook the past room inside. 19:45 -The past room seen through the lens on the future box was reversed horizontally as a mirror image, and young Rose with the snow mask was there. 7:24 -A giant blue eye appeared in the window on the wall of the past room, meaning that old Rose outside the past room was looking into the lens = window on the future box. 7:32

I know Albert is a terrible person but I think it's really sweet that he seems to genuinely love his daughter. I think the only time I've ever seen Rose smile was in that picture of them together when she was a kid. And he always has a picture of her in his pocket

So dale is the new mr owl who is a vandermer but i think he somehow connected to the vanderbooms as well because we can find his birthdate in the roots and he is kinda similar to james. Plus i think that albert kinds hates dale because he can create cubs that can go back to the past and able to change it like in the secret ending where we can save laura and in the cube escape our parents so alvert is afraid that dale can ruin everything for him and that why he want to kill him Good game btw

Bro, I'm writing every hint for the storyline from Gamez, its story is soo good like- However, I still have some questions, playing detective is so much fun lmao, and my notebook is full of notes, If anyone has some questions about the storyline I can answer most of them :) ( and some of my bros saying the game was so boring, it had so important information for the storyline so I had fun but puzzles was easy I agree )

In my opinion one of the weakest in the cube escape/rusty lake series, story wise and puzzles wise, but a good game to bring the community together and revitalize it.

Sort of agree, still liked it though. With that said it was impressive to make an offline game feel connected, the concept was of the cubes was fun and more fun when watching them side-by-side like in the video, and I applaud them for trying something new with the unique co-op which I at least haven't seen before.

I'd say that the puzzles were definitely weak, but that's due mostly to it being an experiment with this new type of co-op puzzle style of game. They were designed to prioritize communication and cooperation, rather than the individual creativity and critical thought which other RL games prioritize. While it'd definitely be boring to play alone, I found it quite fun as a co-op experience. I also did find the plot, imagery, and themes to be quite interesting, maybe not quite at the level of something like Paradox or Roots, but at least on par with Samsara or Cave.

@@bashibozukk not OP but I had a wonderful time playing 'Tick Tock: A Tale for Two'. The game is very similar to TPW with an off-line co-op experience. You can get it on steam but it is cheaper on the phone.

Each mode have the same puzzles and the same logic but with different solutions to all the puzzles.

The picture in albert’s pocket is rose if you select butterfly, it changes to Ida if it’s bee. At the end the tree blossoms pink if it’s butterfly, and it blossoms white if it’s bee.
