I just sold my AM5 combo of b650m + ryzen 5 7600 + 32gb ddr5 6000mhz cl 30 for 450$ and bought myself a b450m motherboard, a ryzen 5 3600 and 16gb ddr4 3200mhz for just 109$ yes you saw correctly just 109$ and guess what, the fps difference is not alot because I'm playing on 1440p and the cpu is not used that much, it is more balanced on the 1440p while the rx 6600 keeps me very happy, I don't play newly released games and having the fps at 60 in most of the games that I enjoy is pretty much a big win, I also payed 115$ for the rx 6600. Overall I am very happy with my decision and I don't see myself in the future to upgrade anytime soon 😊👍

@@osamachanna3883 It takes some time to be honest when searching for used parts on third party sites, I was using my better rigg until I managed to find the AM4 kit then I swapped afterwards. Hopefully you can also get something similar in nearby future.

Right now i`m using r5 3600 with rx550 and still able to play some AAA games with low 1080p with decent 30-40ish fps. But i going to replace my rx550 with rx6600 after seeing this.

1 does fg make game smooth or only double fps? 2 can i play at ultra with fsr at 66+ fps in most games? I dont know should i upgrade to am5 7600 + 7700xt If i have 3600+ 6600 pulse should i change mobo to put 5600x or change gpu o 7700xt for 1080p

1. visually it looks more smooth but if low base fps or bad implementation it can have visual artifacts. 2. latest games no, expecially unreal 5. 3. if u have money i would buy rather 7800xt or better cuz of vram, at start of next year is next gen of both brand so ur call if u wanna wait 4. prob no need for new mobo for 5600x just bios, but i think u will need stronger cpu if u decide to go for 7700xt

Hi ! I have the same specs , but I have a problem , it started a couple of months ago . When ever my R5 3600 goes below 60 Degrees it’s starting to utilise 80% or more in games and doesn’t stay at 4.2ghz , that causes a bottleneck and I lose performance , I use a decent cooler and the cpu doesn’t go below 70 degrees , anyone knows how can I fix ?

@@alderwield9636 im using a 5700x3d with a 32gb cl16 3600mhz ram, there should be no issue. but for some odd reason my gpu isnt getting used that much. i even changed the ram timings and tried different configs and it's still the same. at that point what fixed for me is i used my old rusty 1080:)
