I just thought I'd let you guys know I'm literally using this video in class. I have a kid I tutor who's obsessed with kaizo style Mario levels and we're using clips of this race to practice listening and predictive skills. I figured he needed something fun to do in quarantine.

Yes, these levels were made for this event. The runners didn't know what was going to happen.

They need to block the teams from screen looking... The first level should have been won by the orange team, but they died to the troll first. The other team then was more cautious when they got to that spot and won the first round. The headstart for the final level also isn't an advantage since the opposing team was watching the level too.
