Using CHEESEEE you can kill almost anyone (except Sheogorath) in one hit (using magic that is). Using weapons in this game past lvl 20 is a bad idea in general (unless you lower the difficulty).

It's a skill in and of itself to make a character look like a vampire while not being one. Pure magnificence. Also, it might've been possible to use scrolls for combat, as using them doesn't level your magic skills. If you find some (or find and dupe some). But I guess it might've been against the spirit of this challenge.
