This achievement really took me ages, because the cheese and fish would fall next to the pot (sometimes inaccessible and would make me restart from previous checkpoint). As has been advised earlier in the comments, hold down the sprint button while throwing cheese/fish!

U dont need to use the cheese etc u can use any 3 items u find in the kitchen, i used the sausage and 2 items from the first room with food in, the cheese is the worst item to get into the soup, better to use something else.

Crazy frustrating as it is so unreliable throwing the food into the pot. Trying to avoid the chef is annoying but to do all that avoiding and then the food doesn't even get into the pot is a real kick in the nuts. Thanks for the guide, it helped me work out where to stand to make the throwing more reliable.

For people (still) struggling with this, I used a carrot, went back to first room and took a turnip and then used the fish head. The cheese did not work for me (could not throw it in the pot). Got the trophy this way.

I found an easy way to doin this. Don't try this when you first at the room. When you go up, try to throw some food from up there near the tank. When you go back with key, just take carrot and run, in 15 seconds you can do it easy way

The throwing mechanic in this game is so finicky. The food keeps getting stuck on the ledge. Same with the elevator in ch. 2. Took so many tries just to hit the damn button

The Kitchen Hand Trophy won't pop for me. The fire doesn't flare up under the pot when I throw items in it, like it does in the video. I put all items in pot in one life, multiple times but still nothing. Used chapter select to try again but still doesn't work. Anyone else experience that?

Ok I figured out what happened if your internet cuts out on the steam version the game saves and registers as unlocking the achievement but steam doesn't. You have to start a new game or reload a save before (one you manually backed up) it is a pain the game is bugged that way. Even if you are online on steam if you become "disconnected" the achievement will get lost.

Trying to get the achievements except the one where you have to beat the game in less than one hour and not die once seriously whoever created that can go die! I did the math and if .2% of people did it and LM sold 2mil that’s like 4,000 copies! That’s not a lot of people and I’m convinced that at least 50% of that cheated somehow! Honestly not dying isn’t the issue it’s the bs amount of time they give you like not even 65 or 80 mins naw they give you 59:59:999 to complete the game!

My first problem: Trying to throw the ingredients into the wrong pot… I was trying to throw them into the very first pot in the kitchen. 😑 This is actually a very easy trophy. If/when he spots you near the pot, just run under that farthest right table to hide under and keep it between you both until he loses interest in chasing you. If you don’t want to wait, make him circle around to the right side, then just run all the way back to the very first pantry room to lose him while he’s still busy searching under the table.
