I have never seen the new Pet Cemetery movie but the old one was really good and I really enjoyed it! Horror movies are my favorite, movies to watch! So for the plural debate, you would just say "there are 5 mickey mouse". You wouldn't add a plural s or change it to mice. Reason why is because it's the pez that there are multiple of. Yes, they are one kind of character on the pez, but doesn't follow the normal grammar rule. So you would just say "5 mickey mouse " or "5 batman".
