I really wish the other animatronics could have been "cured" instead of decommissioned. Its not in Freddy's character to be ok with his friends being destroyed. The boss fights (If you could call them that) should have been to destroy a part of the animatronics that was infected with the glitchtrap virus, then they protect the kids and it ends with all 4 of the animatronics protecting gregory against Vanny and the staffbots.

In the "Afton Ending", Burntrap gets captured by the Blob. Afton/Burntrap will control it because he's full of agony. This means Afton will currently collect more things, to become stronger. In a Part of this Video, MatPat talks about "The Afton Amalgamation". And now connect both scenarios and viola, this makes sense. The book predicted the future of FnaF! 10:44 just aged well

but mangle is (heavily theorised and practically confirmed at this point) to be a dog which can only walk on all fours and doesn't have the mental capacity to speak english so it wouldn't make sense for roxy to be mangle, as roxy can speak, have a human-like personality in the game, walk on 2 legs etc. , more like a replacement based on foxy like how funtime foxy was a recreated version of foxy but they aren't the same animatronic and have different kids in each of them.
