Wouldn't there be infinite mixed strategy Nash equilibrium for the driving game? Can't your argument hold true for 70%-30%? Edit: Never mind, I figured it out. If player B knows player A is going 70%-30%, then his best response would be to go 100%-0%, then player A's best response would then to also go 100%-0%, and Nash equilibrium is reached.
