Seeing how Battle Chasers has isometric camera for dungeon crawling it makes me want to see Battle Chasers diablo style game. But still, as turn based game it's still awesome. One of my favorites of last year and soundtrack was easly top 3 of 2017

More of my friends hate the world map,and it was only that reason didn't play the game Personally love it,but it's true if the world map was more alive and the level areas bit biger will be a perfect game! I hope for part two!!!

Love the game! If they do a Battle Chasers 2 i would love to see some better late game.. Or maby on NG+ all dungeons are 1-5 levels higher then your max level. Or they could have done a random late game dungeon that take rooms from all dungeons randomly :)

I really enjoyed the gut overall. Played through several times. BUT: the PS4 Version is bugged. Horribly looooooooong loading times at encounters. Even if you exchange party members it takes forever. Misspelled words, wrong or even missing translations and sadly there is no real ending of the story... At least the translations and loading times could have been patched by now...

Never heard of Battle Chasers until I bought my switch and saw this game for $25 on a gamestop self. Fell in love with the art style, characters, game play, everything. This game made me care about the characters I was playing as! So much so I went out and bought all of the comics that were released

I think that its possible we might get more, but it'll likely be after Darksiders 3 comes out. Nordic is bringing in both Airship and Gunfire to help with development of it; basically Nordic is providing the money, while Joe and the others provide the amazing talent.

Love this game. Just bought it on Android and can't put it down. I'm sure I'll play it over and over again even after I beat it. About to face C'drall now, just got done with my legendary gear/wpn farming in the Mana Rifts. Using Gully, Garrison, Calibretto currently.

I think this game would've been better with God of War 1-3 gameplay. Fixed camera angle, easy but fun level design for puzzles and exploration, dynamic and fast real time combat; yep, God of War design always works

I feel like Joe Mad is a part of my family. His artwork and seeing where he drew his inspiration is similar to my friends and I. I went to school with Clay Mann who does work for dc comics now, JM was his biggest inspiration.. Anyways, i believe if they wouldve done a 2d side scrolling beat em up they couldve got story, artwork, comic influence and expression that comes out in joes work. With elements from vs titles that already use comic style panels with special moves and all and the oppurtunity to establish signature moves... I could go on for days

One of my top 5 games of 2017 from it's art style to it's strategy and soundtrack. The thing I would have loved have seen the most would have been a larger focus on storytelling as this is what can make for some of the most memorable gaming experiences.

wolfflow i absolutely love it.. only complaint I have is that other than personal want to level every character there really isn’t a use for all characters (I’ve been leveling them all though lol) I enjoy the grind in the game and have been playing 44 hours on switch already and only just now finished darkreach dungeon lol Loooooooove this game though

All of the characters actually have their own uses and expertise, once you get them leveled up and equipped right. I just wish the other party members would level up out of combat.

wolfflow yeh I know i have them all leveled to 23 atm to unlock every skill and play around and see what I like best , (what I meant was outside of legendary weapon/burst quests there’s no incentive to use anyone other than your favorite 3 (it would have been cool if they made the game more difficult but had it so when one member gets knocked out someone who is supposed to be standing right next to you in party in game could sub in for them almost like Pokémon.. alas)

great new company i love joe ardueras artwork and the games he is involved in it with his artistic character and leveldesign! battle chasers should have been a much bigger game cause it has si much potential it was just too short for me to finish even if i spent 60 hours gamplay in it the first time around :( and the cliffhanger with verys i hoped to continue the game but it was ending i hope we will see a much bigger sequel pls let it happen airship syndicate and put these kind if vises as specials in the game you can achieve if you play through the game on the hardest difficulty... i am going to buy battle chasesr comic books now cause i became a big fan cause of the game and the story and their characters

The game is pretty good but has too many problems. Progression is too slow, the story is underwhelming and poorly presented, too much grinding, the characters walk too slowly, unremarkable music, long load times... The battle system is awesome, but there's only so much a battle system and a cool art style cab carry a game.

I hope so much they team up again with the guys from Gunfire for Darksiders 4. Darksiders 3 is a decent enough game, and it has some of the soul of Darksiders, but you can definitely feel the absence of Joe, Ryan and Haydan. Wish they would come together again.

Man, this Documentary was GREAT! I'm even more excited to play this game On Switch now, It may have been delayed for the Switch version (being new tech and all), But watching this video and seeing the passion+enthusiasm+talent+quality from the DEV team behind it makes me think it will be well worth the wait, I was super happy they released a Physical version for the Switch and now it's finally on the way. Thanks for this awesome video Gameumentary!

Joe would have been better off just doing a Battle Chasers anime (with a proper conclusion)that way he could please comic fans bummed out the way he left the comic and anime fans who just wanted to see the comic adapted in animation. He would also have gained new generation of fans for the I.P. insead, they produced a stillborn video game.
