PBO is a good option for users who want to get a little bit more performance out of their CPU without doing manual tuning. EXPO stands for AMD Extended Profiles for Overclocking. It is an overclocking technology specific to DDR5 modules used with Ryzen processors on Socket AM5 and can provide performance improvements for memory-intensive tasks. It can be enabled in the BIOS(UEFI) for compatible DDR5 modules.

I really can't remember after 6 months. But you can pick the simple CC560 with normal fans or just disconnect the illumination power for the ARGB version.

Please tell me, is the team group delta 6000 cl38-38-38-78 suitable for the Ryzen 7700? Or can I lower the timings?

Those modules will most probably work, check motherboard's compatibility list first. Those timings are high. Ddr5-5600 cl30 would do much better.
