Don't Use old components, because you can't do any upgrade in future just build a pc with i3 12100, 8gb ram ddr4, 400w power supply, lga 1700 motherboard, a ultra budget cabinet, 240 gb sata ssd, it will cost 23,000 but it will be future proof and will have many upgrade options

If you are really tight in budget then go for Ryzen 3 3200g which have integrated vega 8 graphics. Then after sometime buy a decent gpu like 1050ti . You will not regret 👍
