Also, a huge tip is to change the sensitivity of the left/right stick it's on like .1 or something like that (i don't know the name of the setting, but it's the first option in one of the menus). That's actually imput delay. Change it to 1.8. Also, increase the speed of your camera it makes it easier to hit enemies while you are zipping all over the place. And put on auto pick up. Saves you time u just run over the stuff.

You know I totally get the idea of “oh let’s hop on the bashing, bandwagon!” But frankly I’m really liking this game, yea Frey is cheesy and not believable, yea the story so far it pretty weak. But that dosent change the fact that the combat is a lot of fun once you get to grips with it and get a good array of spells, and traveling the world is fantastic, and really it’s just dumb fun. Does every single video game have to be perfect? The hate that it’s getting just shows everybody will hop on the bandwagon if enough people say the same thing

It’s an ok game. Has some great gameplay as you said. The magic system is a lot of fun. but everyone probably feels let down by it, due to the hype. It’s clear that story, characters and dialogue matter more for others than it does you, though. It also has a lot of cut scenes and poor pacing which can affect enjoyment of the combat. Some don’t even like the combat. It’s clearly getting murdered in critical reviews. There is no bandwagon. There’s a demo for everyone to play. The majority doesn’t like it. A minority always will like it though, and that’s fine.

Forspoken looks absolutely beautiful and I see huge potential for this game to flourish in a large untapped market. Hopefully the advertisers understand this and market accordingly.

Hehe, opinions are like assholes, everyone’s got one lol… I am about 7 hrs into it and barely scratched the story surface, just wandering, collecting and upgrading, fought a few minor bosses, done some stuff for goodies and enjoying it so far, sad how the haters try to push their opinions on everyone though, instead of just saying they don’t like it and then go back to playing Fortnite.

I was so excited for this game, magic based combat has always been a favorite of mine, close to launch I almost didn't buy it, but I did, yes it has flaws, but the game it alot of fun, the world has plenty to explore the story is decent, and the combat is so much fun, I give it an 8 out of 10

I came back to this game after playing just past the first boss and dropping it for new releases like Ragnarok and Jedi Survivor and man, I have been having an absolute blast. Once you have more than one Magic type to use at once the combat opens up so much. I am actually loving just pausing the story and exploring the open world now because I’m just itching to get back into combat and chain new moves together. Figuring out how different spells buff Frey or debuff enemies and which enemy types are resistant to each type has been awesome. This is definitely going to be in a “Games That Were Panned but Were Actually Really Good” list video in a year or so.

With the side-stuff, it is noted that depending how far you are in the game, you might miss out on some stuff. So, I would keep an eye on this and do as many before going too far in the main quest without doing the side stuff.

Rt mode and quality mode are bad, story is short and annoying dialogue, but the game is so much fun to play especially the combat skills are fluently implemented in different scenarios and interesting plot. Other than that, the settings are very intriguing, just don't let the cons stop u from playing the game. It is not bad at all.

One thing I hate is when dodging, there are times I'm stuck in the air. That gives chances for enemies to attack. I figure out when that happens I need to zip myself out of the attack.

I want to add that I play this on a 1440p monitor has all the nice things you want 120hz vrr etc I run this game at 120hz in the ray trace mode and it really is the difference in this title . Playing it regular 60 in quality or ray tracing does add a tone of foliage but you giving up HDR actually helps in this title . I will only say the file size is semi large so I feel fame has a ton of optimization to come . But I enjoyed the demo and I love this story and I really don’t like female role characters I’m very picky
