There's day cycles in the option main menu if you want the night time little faster ,if it's too dark just turn up the gamma

Multiplayer is not paid, the problem is that all servers are full. Only after a while will there be more servers to support all players. If all servers were The Island Free, then everyone would be without space. For now, you can buy a DLC to play online (it's better than Game Pass).
