The final release of this game on moddb is not compatible with the mod kit. You need to put the downloaded folder in the mods folder of the main game. The process is similar to downloading mods from Steam Workshop. Checkout this tutorial here -kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnqvf2WYatFsZ7M
