Espectacular! Tus interpretaciones son impecables y logran transmitir de una manera diáfana cada contraste, cada color, cada sentimiento que el maestro Calvo dejó escrito sin usar una sola palabra. Lograr captar esos sentimientos es lo que hace a un músico sobresaliente entre los demás.

¡Qué maravilla!... Haberme topado con este panal de dulces mieles. En especial, el vals Encanto... Uuuff, qué tema tan hermoso. Llegué a tocarlo en mi órgano Hammond, allá por los años 90. Le presté la partitura a un amigo, concertista de silbido, y no supe si él llegó a presentarla en algún evento. Ahora que veo aquí la partitura, me propongo copiarla, a ver si un día rescato este hermoso y complicado vals del maestro Luis A. Calvo. Qué ejecución tan prístina, difícil de igualar. Mil gracias por postear el video.

@@PianoScoreVids What do you think about of Calvo's piano music? Is it easy or hard to play?

@@JCMH So far what I have seen is rather easy to play I would say. I haven't seen too virtuosic passages so far. Actually because of my digital piano the pasillo was a bit difficult, but maybe that's also because of my specific technique, or lack thereof, rather.

@@PianoScoreVids I have seen that you play some pieces faster and other slower than the Colombian pianists that I have seen in KZbin, but I like your playing. Calvo's music is little known outside of Colombia; thanks for making it known to other people.

It’s not Columbian, it’s Colombian! You should put in the description the composer name as Luis A Calvo. It is easier to find his music if people want to listen more from him. Nice interpretation btw :)

Yes, thanks for the correction. I should now remember this correct spelling. In german it is different and therefore easy to mix up with english
