I found a cute mold at the 100 yen shop Seria.I made ganache cookies with it, which are perfect for gifts.They look like sliced cakes, so I tried to decorate them simply but cutely.I put the ganache in a round shape, so of course it tasted delicious and it was easy to make, but it turned out great.
Recipe (for 8 cookies)
:Ingredients:
For the cookie dough
55g unsalted melted butter
55g granulated sugar
1 large egg (60g net)
115g cake flour
25g almond powder
10g cocoa powder
4g baking powder
For the ganache (about half the amount was left over)
70g dark chocolate
55g fresh cream
How to make
1.Mix 55g of granulated sugar into 55g of unsalted melted butter.
2.Beat in 1 large egg (60g net).
3.Sift in 115g of cake flour, 25g of almond powder, 10g of cocoa powder, and 4g of baking powder, and mix.
4.Roll out the dough to about 20cm in diameter and cut into 8 equal pieces.
5.Put the dough into a slice cake mold.
6.Make an indentation using a plastic bottle cap or something similar.
7.Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
8.While baking, make the ganache.
Melt 70 g of chopped dark chocolate with 55 g of whipping cream, warmed to just before boiling. Put the mixture into a piping bag.
9.After the cookies are baked, use a metal lid or a spoon to hold the dents in the cookies.
10.Fill the dents with ganache. Decorate as desired. Half of the ganache is left over.
11.Done.For wrapping, you can use a piping bag to make use of the shape.
