Mam so much so good but the amount of mustard oil you used in making this dish was well out side the health limit. So much of oil is not good for health in ANY CASE. Once the food get out the Influence of taste of tongue then the load gets to whole body organs and you are intelligent to understand what it will have effect on Heart and liver's condition in the body.

High in masalas,Oily and not healthy at all. At the end oil on the top is like water. Better should boil chicken and then cook directly without deep frying it . Please share healthy style of cooking 🍳
