He sees equally, gives up greed,
Respects women like he respects his mother,
His tongue knows not the taste of falsehood,
Nor does he covet another’s worldly goods.
He renounces attachments, his mind steadfast,
The name of Lord Rama is ever on his lips,
All places of pilgrimage reside within him,
Such a person conquers lust and anger.
He is free from greed and deceit,
Generations to come will attain salvation
In the company of such a soul,
O Narsi, the entire family finds liberation.
