Absolutely not. It is the temple dance of Bengal. It came to an end after the foreign invasions. It was rediscovered by Dr. Mahua Mukherjee. Hope you will remember this 😃 😃 😃 ❤️

Why Bengal has to copy Odisha for the glories it deserves anyway. It's Gaudiya Nritya. This dance is a member of the dance family Oudramagadhi which includes Odissi too that's why it's a bit similar but it's different
