In this evocative song, Tejaji, a local deity who originated in the Nagaur district of Rajasthan is praying to Lord Ganesh and Goddess Sharada. Tejaji presents offerings of Ladoos, Dal ka Churma, Pan Patasha, and Bakla as tokens of his devotion, yet the deities remain seemingly distant, not accepting his gestures.
Undeterred, Tejaji greets the new dawn with renewed determination. With the break of day, he awakens early and offers his tokens once again. This time, his devotion finds a receptive response, and the deities embrace his offerings.

Ek ji je dal churvayo tejaji ladlo ek ji
(Tejaji asked to make the wheat balls)
Duje toh ji jaikhale tejaji bare nikalya
(After the arrangements Tejaji arrived outside)
Godhi toh kud gi seedyo se ravat par dhulo godhi toh
(The horse trotted onto the platform, kicking up a swirl of sand)
Godhi neeri pahido se tejaji padh hi baithga
(Tejaji then mounted on the horse)
Thodi ji thodi ji godhi ne daato tejaji laadla thodi ji
(O Tejaji, the horse is swirling with the sand, get it in control)
Ghodi ne ji baindyoje tejaji badka thoitaka
(Then Tejaji tied the horse)
Phar phar ji laadudo bhi dego ravat par churo phar pharta
(And Teja ji with all his devotion, twirled and offered the laddoos)

जय हो श्री वीर तेजा जी महाराज की जय हो धोलया जाट की जय हो कोटा बूंदी मे इस प्रकार गया जाता है पहली गजानंद सिमरू रे, उताली तेजा पहली गजानंद न, जाटा का छोरा पाछह तो सुमरंगा, आ रे सुमरेंगा भवानी देवी शारदा....... काई गजानंद करेगा रे, भाईला महारा काई गजानंद, भाइला महारा काई तो करेगी, हा रे करेगी र भवानी देवी शारदा..... रद्ध सद्ध गजानंद करेगो, भाईला महारा रद्ध सद्ध बीर, जाटा का छोरा भुल्या बिसरया न, आ रे बिसरया न सम्भलावे भवानी देवी शारदा..
