girish saikia v state of assam Sir in this Case manner is unlawful because both bother were fighting. Jageshar Vs. Emperor(1923 Cr LJ 789) in this case also fight is there but the court held guilty to accused So why it girish saikia v state of assam case fell in section 80 ?
