dear sir...the way you Casually read a sentence without explaining it shows that you don't know it yourself..for example...fiscal statute you skipped...and TAX LEVIED by union and COLLECTED by state?? Levied nd collection are the same is what i thought... it's ur duty to explain it which you skip it urself..so how much do you actually know?

Sorry. You have one option. You can reduce the speed of the video. When video is on, in the right top of the screen you will see 3 dots. If you touch it, you see several options. One among them is Speed. It will be usually normal. Press that option and choose .75 speed. It will reduce the speed
