I did get a DUI and a possession charge but I'm not a convicted felon and I have been clean going on 5yrs now. I am proud of where I am now just like you should definitely be proud of how far you have come my friend!!🙏❤️

I can totally relate. My mother was on drugs when I was a child,so therefore I refused to repeat that cycle. Maybe just out of shear spite there was no way in he'll I was going to end up like her. Or be the mother she was to me,to my children. Smh there's 2 types of ppl in this world...those who follow suit,and those who refuse to. Be a leader not a follower was my #1 rule and motto throughout my life and the most important lesson I taught my children!!

Geez man, you can feel the trauma in this guy talking about childhood. I grew up in Southie in the 70s and it was the white projects, Irish, very hard times lots of fighting starting at literally age 3-5 for most boys unless you hid inside, big kids made us fight. I was lucky to have good parents, but I got beat up a lot for it by kids who were jealous. Fucked up but I see why.
