It's a warm Friday Night here and I have just discovered this band and this song Go Farther in Lightness and I am crying as I think of my dear brother who has just passed away to the next deminesion. OH MY GOD> he is in the light. YES he is. I know this. Our deep connection and this song is so deep and what we need today. I am not young in age but I love music and so did my bro.. I will never forget this song and Know that my brother would have loved this. A HUGE THANK YOU TO A gang of youths and this remarkeable sound. Play on. Young men. Play on

@otobahnmusic5 жыл бұрын
The lyrics were composed, inspired by a Bukowski poem titled "As the spirit wanes the form appears". The strange thing is that it feels like the context of the poem falls short of the lyrics, not because they both connote different things contextually, but also in the song, there is an advanved story-telling beautifully done. When I close my eyes I can totally picture the scenes in my head

How do you know this? David is so unbelievably magical in his expression. To many of us this means we have similar frequency and synchronicity. Feelings do not lie, truth is in what we know.... advanced storytelling fascinates me.
@JoshuaXYZ Жыл бұрын
@@quentinparker8333 Le'aupepe himself said it was born out of of a recurring dream he had, which was getting more intense each time he had it. He said: It’s about being scared I would lose everything that I loved or cared about. It was something deeply repressed, but once I let it out in the song, the dreams stopped. No indication that Le'Aupepe even has read Bukowski.

This song breaks my heart everytime because my experiences with love have been exactly as described here. I've sought out love in the wrong places because I've always felt like I really don't deserve the real thing due to shame stemming from my past experiences. Now that I am learning to love myself and actually meeting people who reflect the same love to me, part of me still fears my old habits and misconceptions will take over again and I'll lose everything. But I have a lot more hope now.
