A sudden loss of occupation forced Hemanth Kumar to deploy his life savings and rustle up an eatery to support his family. Seeing her husband struggle, Nalini gave up her teaching job to support him in this enterprise that aspires to serve homestyle Gowda food. Mutton Peas Pulav
Made three days a week, this is a pulao that is moist, gentle and aromatic. The aroma of the whole spices is what one tastes on the palate alongside the faint warmth of green chillies whose heat has been toned down by some coconut milk that goes into the pulao just before it is placed on dum. The meat in the pulao is soft and has a bit of fat ribboned through it, the peas are endearing in their soft bite.

I was a big fan of this channel untill this video...we visited this restaurant based on the video recommended...It's not the same taste as it's portrayed in the video...tasteless dishes and expensive too...near by Prashant is far better than this....there should be some speciality ABT the restaurant like history taste and follows....you can't go mass on all restaurants...or we need to stop watching your videos...I hope this feed back taken in a positive way...

Im so glad to see this couple, they are very excited to serve the customers. When the andra people have andra style restaurant, Punjabi's have Punjabi style restaurent, why cant we...? Even we can have our own coastal/ karavali cuisine, malenadu cuisine, uttara kannada cuisine & gowda cuisine, then we can scale up to the larger extent. Our karnataka people(mainly from coastal region) are sucessfully running the restaurents across many states in karnataka, goa, maharastra, gujrat, abroad etc, but unfortunately we failed to promote our own inhouse cuisine.
