basically, danball senki is like yugioh but kids use small-ass gundams that are phone-controlled to fight each other in a small battle field that is contained in either a cube or in an egg, hence the name little battlers.

I played the English 3ds version of the first little battlers eXperiance and it was really fun~ I just hope someday the rest come to the us on Nintendo switch because it really gave me custom robo flashbacks and it's a great substitute while we wait for the next Gundam breaker game XD

Sadly, at this point, I don't think those sequels will ever come to the US. They are too old now (I almost considered this to be a "Retro Game Review". But nowadays, Level-5 is more open to the western marketing, so if a new game was to come out now on the Switch, it would probably get localized.

Sweet and even so I genuinely enjoyed the English localized first game so this review really gave me memorable flashbacks and I can't wait for the next review you do~ till then happy holidays good sir ^^

It was kinda popular in South East Asia tho, plus there was a different dub there too, it aired on a channel called Animax.

Yeah I've heard about this awhile back it seems interesting but I quickly forgot about it I might check it out since it looks fun as for a recommended review since we are on the same topic of games that are probably never coming out to the states I wouldn't mind seeing a review on the luminous arc games that never really made it out here like the 3rd and Infinity ones since there aren't really any since well they never came over sadly

I've already got myself a copy of the 3rd one, coming in the future. As for Infinity, I've played and reviewed it back in the day when I used to write text reviews only. It's not a good game! I wouldn't recommended it and wouldn't want to review it again.

Ojalá hubieran sacado el juego w como mínimo aparte del primero, descubrí todo a partir de ese juego y me hubiera encantado jugar la segunda entrega con todas esas novedades, ya que según fuentes oficiales, los juegos y los mangas nacieron de estos juegos para "niños" (Llegué a alcanzar el rango pro 1 y gané la batalla contra Efreet Primal)

JC Legendary Bandai is trying to revive Danball Senki this year with re releases of the model kits and streaming the anime on youtube in Japan

I haven't played the game but I really love the anime, if this series would to go a bit longer, with of course following the structure of the first 2 series, I think it will be better than Gundam even. But I guess reality is that cruel, also I kinda like their new concept of turning the LBX into Mecha Musume, but I don't like that it is just a mobile game. Also I not only like Hiro as a character, but I do like his seiyuu, which is the same person that did the voice of Rex from Xenoblade 2.

I do rather have any Gundam than Mecha Musume stuff. It made me so sad to see this series falling into Kantai Collection trend. It seems nothing is safe from this creepy anime BS. I hope this series can be properly revived someday...

Yeah, they do that sometimes in anime and games. Usually to be easier for kids to read, but sometimes to make the name stand-out more among all the text and to make it look cooler.

You could get it and just use a translating app to figure out the important words lol. Might have to skip the story and just get it for the gameplay lol.

The 1st game was localized, but this sequel was only released in Japan, and since the 3DS is region-locked: Yes, it only work on a JP 3DS.

You shouldn't need to, because it was localized in English as Little Battlers eXperience for the 3DS. Unless you want to play the PSP version only, in which case, sure! Just like this sequel, the story isn't too complicated and you can always use the anime as reference.

I know how you feel. As far as I know, there's no fan-translation, but I think the anime was officially subbed, and the story is basically the same, so that could help, I guess...
