Yes, you can do it, but as per standard you need to give the connection along the rafter slope.

Yes, PEB members are available in educational version, but with limited options. To create complete PEB building with less effort, You should required PEB extension.

You can download PEB tool from Tekla warehouse. search tekla warehouse in google you will get the website. but it's not a free tool.

Hi sir, I am installed Tekla 2010 software, while installing time copy external components to new version, so I copied Tekla 20.1. but new version Tekla not working,

Tekla 20.1 is the old version, when you try to install this version components to the new version it don't support, because of both versions are completely different interface. If you need those componets in new version then better to go tekla warehouse website(warehouse.tekla.com/) the name of component do you need, if it is there download and install it.
