copy db1 file on desktop and open tekla structures software and go to menu, open project, browse from desktop, you will get project name in the list and open it.

Why you can't give hole diamention Dia of that holes

This is a assembly drawing, we are going to provide hole dia and dimensions in single part drawing for each part. If you want to provide all information in one drawing, yes you can do it.
