1. Parboil

2. Saute/ Simmer
2 tbsp - cooking oil
1/4 cup - garlic
1 cup - onion
1 pc - red long chili
3 cups - tomatoes
3 tbsp - fish sauce
1 & 1/2 cup - dried beans (soaked overnight)
9 cups - water
1 tsp - chicken powder
2 tsp - salt
1 cup - green long chilis
300 grams - chili leaves
Cooking Time: approximately 2 & 1/2 hours
