That's because he's intentionally building a story for these characters! I'm excited for the rest of these videos. If he does one for every song on the album it'll end up being a movie. Like what Daft Punk did with Discovery back in the day. It was released as Interstella 5555; a movie as well.

Massive goosebumps. The chord progression in the drop is BRUTAL. The drop sounds so incredibly complex. The first time I heard it my mind was blown, I couldn't get enough of it, I couldn't understand how it can be so amazing. I don't know a lot about music theory, but I know that drop has to be breaking some rules because it's so shocking, so unexpected, so unnatural yet beautiful and powerful. I'm blown away by this entire song, it's beautifully made, and I can imagine how much work it took because as someone who's learning music production, I hear all the effects and work put into the beat, and melodies, and singing. I could maybe come up with something similar with enough time and work, but the drops? Holy hell, out of this world, untouchable. This is a masterpiece. Not to mention the incredible and powerful video... I bow to you.

TL:DR Green is Government Purple is Gardians Wobble Man is a good guy Watch in this order: ChaK Chel, Wobble Man, and finally LFO Requiem. Chak Chel is the prequel to both Wobble Man and LFO Requiem In the beginning the creationists of Chak Chel had peace, living off the land, and using the power of music and water to form life, then the evil government of Spain struck terror. They burned the trees, killed villagers, and almost destroyed the tree of life. Using the same kind of power as the Chak Chel people, the Spaniards, instead of using it for life, used the power for dustruction. The green magic is used by those who wish to control the world (referring to government as of now), regardless of the cost, while purple magic are those who wish to use it for the good of the people (referring to gardians as of now) , bringing life and peace to those around it. Fast forward 100 some odd years, to Wobble man. He is the last of the gardians. He lives his days in the forest, bring life to it through the power of music. He ventures too far one day, and finds the city on the outskirts of the forest, angered by the dustruction, he goes to bring back the peace of the forest to the city. Now is LFO Requiem. The Wobble Man is on the run from the government, seeing as they really know the secret of the last guardian. He is only trying to bring the life back to the city, but ends up in a brutal fight between what he believes, at first, to be another gardian. The government had created a new warrior, one who could stand a chance at the power of Wobble Man. A brutal fight insues, bring a small child to harm, and Wobble Man protects the child at all costs. The government is a ruthless menace to society, not caring who or what gets in the way of the "greater good". They take the freedom and joy brought to the world by the magic, by the music. Life is zombified within the confounds of the city. The gardians are the protectors of that which is good, protectors of the very essence of life itself. The actions of these gardians is misconstrued by the government to make them seam like the bad guy, when in all reality, the gardians bring more freedom and liberty to those near than the government ever could. This trilogy is breathtaking, both in graphics and music, and the storyline is so deeply embedded into the same universe we live in, it might as well be a representation of our own earth. With the last of the gardians standing; music producers, artists, and others expressing themselves and changing the life's of others, they will always have a disadvantage, but it never stops them from getting back up and giving it your all. The government, however, misconstrues all of the gardians actions, making them seam like terrorists to the people, when in all actuality the government is the terrorist; like when a artist is under attack by the media to make it seam like they are "brainwashing" individuals to conform within their beliefs.

I don't agreed with your analysis that this completely reflects our own world. After all from the context clues on the video they modeled the native people in the video on Aztecs who performed human sacrifices. Who's very neighbors and people's they had conquered banded together with the conquistadors to rid themselves of Aztecs that way they would not have to sent their own people as tribute to be sacrificed. So while yes the conquistadors were evil I don't consider the Aztecs to be much better.

Pretty sure artists name is Ebo? If I'm not mistaken he will he doing all their videos/artwork. They've talked about wanting to create their own universe through music/art (story time!) Absolutely amazing if you ask me!!

I still love you both so much. From child to adult, this song hits in so many different ways. Of all the celebrities I'd love to meet before I die, you're my #1's. ❤

Amazing... so touching and historically accurate as well. It happened just like this... the mayans werent one of the most savage, blood thirsty and violent cultures that ever existed. They were just a bunch of hippies living in the forrest in tune with nature and the cosmos... think of what the world would be like if they were allowed to carry on their traditions of ritual sacrifice.. how rich and vibrant our world would be.

@@0Y09 i replied that I was aware of how savage they were and that im happy that their culture was dismantled but I have no idea where it went. Too many empty headed fucktards in the comments crying about how innocent they were and how sad it all was.

I can’t get through this video without sobbing. This duo was my first edm show 3 years ago, and they changed my life. EBO’s animation is equally matched by the beautiful musical composition. GANJA WHITE NIGHT FOREVER! 🌱🧠

I come back to this video regularly and it makes me tear up every time. The music, the animation... masterfully done.
