GANNOMAT Concept Easy Case Clamp
The Concept Easy is the ideal assembly support for dowel construction at the case goods production as well as at drawer production.
This multi-purpose case clamp is specially designed for efficient and flexible use to save time and labour in medium and large production plants. The clamping pressure is applied across the entire beam for clamping of case goods, drawers, etc..
Gannomat Concept cabinet handling systems are the ideal complement to our case clamps, our handling components making the cabinet assembly and the cabinet transport easier as well as enable a higher production capacity.
The system is suitable for the production of any kind of cabinets, case goods and drawers, and offers all advantages of a well-equipped case clamp, adapted to the production of just in time production with batch size 1, as well as small, medium and large volumes. A quick assembling and pressing of furniture is given and is featured by a space saving layout design, with makes the integrated into production sites easy.
This Gannomat cabinet assembly line is equipped for a manual through feed case clamp with the following components and options:
• Lift Jumper (lift table)
• Concept Easy (case clamp)
• Angular transfer manually with all-side-rollers
