Well this is the child timeline meaning Ruto (Think I got it right) was never recruited like the other sages.

I noticed it too when I played Twilight Princess again on the HD version. Yet I asked myself why they took the Water Sage to be the one fullfilling the execution, and then bein killed off by Ganondorf. I mean wouldnt it make more sense to be the Sage of Light, as he is kind of the leader?

Nicholas R it was not Ruto. These are the ancient sages that came long before OOT's sages.

The sages exist outside of the flow of time, even though they weren't recruited when Link was sent back, they were still the chosen sages.

When you think about it in the long run, Zelda sending Link back to the Child timeline at the end of Ocarina of Time wasn't the wisest of choices. As it screwed up two different timelines. In the Child timeline, sure Ganondorf got caught and faced execution but Link coming back to that timeline gave him part of the Triforce. Eventually starting the events of Twilight Princess. In the Adult timeline, as the Hero of Time was now back in the past there was no one to stop Ganondorf when he broke out of the Sacred Realm. Causing the goddesses to intervene and the events of Windwaker to eventually take place. Both outcomes seemed quite bleak.

I don't think I follow, was that the execution brought about by Zelda and link exposing him to the king of hyrule? Or is this happening in the sacred realm after link was sealed away in the temple of time, I'm confused

This game doesn't follow the same story line as Ocarina of Time. It takes place during a different era completely. The Link, Zelda and Ganondorf in Twilight Princess are not the same incarnations from OOT.

Thats not true.... he was sended by the six sages to this place to get a execution thats why theyre still in the normal world when it happens i mean these spirits are with six.

After Zelda and Link exposed Ganondorf in OoT, there was a war between the factions of Hyrule and the Gerudo, the result of that war is the Gerudo losing (hence why the only one you see in TP is Ganondorf).

The Triforce exists beyond time and space, so when Ganondorf took the Triforce of Power, he obtained it in every timeline, hence why he has at least one triangle in every game he's appeared in, despite the tripartite chronology and Twilight Princess being in the timeline where he is arrested before he could kill the King. The Sages get completely caught off guard here because they probably thought it was impossible for him to get it. That's my read on it, as it would explain why the Triforce of Power and him seem inseparable.

That's the thing though. Zant couldn't destroy the mirror. He was never the ruler of twilight. Midna is.

Gotcha, I was never sure. I mean his eyes look cloudy in this scene, like a blind person's. And then in one of the last scenes of the game right before he dies his eyes change colors from normal back to cloudy. Idk I just always thought it would've been an interesting take on his character to make him literally blind. You would never expect the mighty and terrible Ganondorf to be blind.

That always confused me as a kid too. I wasn't sure if they meant it literally or figuratively. I was old enough at that point to know that when someone says something, they don't always mean it in a straight forward way. In this case, they meant that he was blinded by arrogance, greed and power. Not actually, physically blind.

afroman47100 Ganondorf's eyes were like that in this scene because he was starting to transform into Ganon, which is also apparent by his warped face and sharper canines. Only reason it was halted was because he got transported to the twilight realm during the process. Him losing pupils at his death was because his eyes rolled back.
