Bro today we're lucky he got that. I was expecting probation or a couple months in county. Now he's also a felon so now dude can't even legally protect himself or his family or prob even vote in his state. How emasculating. Just the fear I bet he's got going to prison is worth the squeeze so to speak. It's literally their job. This is a bad lawyer because she blatantly spelled out her defense strategy, but it's still a defense strategy that a most lawyers are going for in a case with victims.

I know how those customers were feeling. I lost $17k to a business who were supposed to build me a large covered Patio with a concrete slab back in 2005. In 2005 $17k bought a lot more than today but shortly after signing and handing over the money the company went bankrupt and I had no money left for a lawyer. After not being able to contact them for a week I drove to the office and looking through the front glass facade all that was left inside were telephones and phone books on the floor and all the furniture, computers, front counter and office partitioning was gone.
