Did you use 16 screws per section or can you use less?

Just installing mine now. I did read that they need to start and end on a stud (so I should cut the excess that goes over) and that the labels directly above or below should stagger where they panels end.. rather than the bottom two panels sitting directly above eachother with their seams on the same stud. Not sure if you have found it to be a problem. I’m guessing that it’s just to prevent the multiple screw holes going all over a single stud. Thoughts?
