I think you need to change your battery. The reading is below 12v which can trigger most of the electronic cost. Overall the tool is perfect 👍🏻

The problem is you are not testing the wires with the circuit loaded. The Ohms testing is not telling me nothing about the integrity of the wires. Did you ever figure it out?

@@jaynstl9408 Get yourself a load pro(wont regret it) and test the wires using that. Remember only 4 things cold be wrong here. Open circuit, short to ground, high resistance or component failure. Isolate the first 3 then go from there.
