I been to a actual court when my mother was contest a ticket if you think Mathis is bad try getting contempt of court in a legal case (not what happened to my mom she won her fight) they not only will you get fined they will throw your ass in jail in go look up Judge Joe Brown he got arrested for contempt of court he wouldn't shut up about 10 years ago.

The plaintiff needs to learn to read the room and shut up. She lost because she talks too much to the point she started not making sense. How they agreed to fix or replace the fence if she don't know where the part thats supposed to be repaired is at. But judge was petty by giving the defendants their counterclaim without even hearing nothing just to show the plaintiff. He been on her since she opened her mouth.

he made A very rational decision. If you take down a healthy fence, you should have healthy pieces remaining Her fence must have been a piece of c*** That's why she allowed them to take it down. She can't get a new fence Plus she doesn't have before photos

The counterclaim was automatically won? But the defendant had no police reports, however, the witness wasn't asked questions about the harassment which had nothing to do with damaged property. But the plaintiff had the right evidence including the witness who didn't get to speak or answer questions. But the defendant did get to tell briefly & won.

Yep. It’s small claims court, not a murder trial. The judge can use his discretion based on what he observes during the case. From the beginning the plaintiff called the defendant names but failed to explain how her behavior reflected the name calling. Secondly the judge believed the plaintiff perjured herself and therefore, automatically giving a judgement to the defendant.
