@@rjm656 There's also quality, and reliability. We know that C2 products last, are built in Vermont, and I can get all the reasonably priced replacement parts to rebuild an old machine. I have no fear that a machine is going to break and I can't get it up and running again. I am also confident I can sell my machine for about what I paid for it (I bought mine a few years ago where they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper). REP stuff looks great, but they outsource to China and probably don't have 100% control of their manufacturing. If my V1 of their rower breaks, and they are on V3, will they have those V1 parts? Coop I have a question! Is this the first Airbike/airdyne you guys are aware of to have truly adjustable resistance? If so that’s truly game changing and can’t be overstated, I love airbikes for myself and my clients but I have thought about getting different models with different sized fans just because it can be hard to get the resistance you want for either a specific goal or a person’s level. Assault and Echo for example are a little too heavy for my older clients who just started fitness.

So if I'm getting this right, combining blade pitch with a damper would allow you to control both how much air is moving and how quickly it's moving? Conceptionally, you'd be able to use these as both cardio and strength training (not comparable to barbell, obviously). I wonder if there are any stats on the weight equivalent of the pulls/pushes and I'm also curious how much additional stress that puts on the components and what they've done to beef them up accordingly.

The treadmill looks sick. Hopefully the price is on point. I would love to see Rep add an attachment or something to that sled bar so the backwards walks aren't just a straight bar digging into your back. $1,200 seems pretty crazy for the rower until you figure in that shipping is included. Still, shipping is only around $55 so I think they will have a tough time competing with the C2 at a higher price point. There is just so much reputation around the C2 that a higher price is doing them a bit of a disservice. I would also love to see the resistance cabling tucked away or something so it isn't just hanging out like that. Not the end of the world but it's the small things. I really hope the fan bike can accommodate people with short legs. That was my biggest gripe about the Echo. Hopefully Rep's bike can accommodate a wider variety of body types.

After I got those two, the Bikeerg was almost inevitable. All that said... the RUNNER looks amazing. I was looking at treadmills and sledmills, but will hold off on all of them.
