Make sure you don't tighten that gilmer belt too tight. In fact you want it more loose then a normal belt. I've seen quite a few occasions where the belt will pull the e-shaft so hard up it'll wear out the front stat gear bearing quite fast and you can risk spinning it. Which means premature rebuild time and that is no fun. Sucks about the wrong year water pump though.
