I like to have him scaled with my legends because of how massive he was in IDW Stormbringer.

It feels like third party makers have the attitude of been there, done that vs takara/Hasbro (IE megatron) and we are going to be spoiled this year.

Is it supposed to look like a Cobra Z-25 Jet Bomber It does slightly resemble one. Not to mention it looks more than a little bit like Energon Megatron in vehicle mode too.

Thanks for the review. It's great to have someone out there reviewing all the third party and KO stuff. I'm gonna pass on this one. That bulk first mode looks silly to me and that wing kibble in regular robot mode is far too large for my tastes (and oddly pointy in contrast to his body's more curved look). Really dislike that jet mode too. I guess cos this is based on IDW Thunderwing which I wasn't fond of and am a huge fan of the original Marvel version who had that Matrix obsession and had a much slender kibble-free form (and cool Geoff Senior growly face). This looks great for the IDW Thunderwing fans but I'll still keep waiting for a more Marvel-esque one and preferably Voyager sized (was so annoyed that Hasbro's own update a few years ago was a tiny deluxe)
