You should absolutely do this again, but before collecting the trash, you rp that you search through the trash to find anything of value to resell and/or items that may be suspicious (to give other civs good rp). Ya could say "trash man looks through trash previous to picking it up. Anything of value or anything suspicious?" itd be so much rp opportunities for you and the employees lmao
