I got people ask all the time ask why i don't take something home to test. I tell them usually if its in the trash its their for a reason and even if it is something that can be fixed you gotta think about the time and money to fix it is it really worth the hassle with how little the resale value will be. Unless its something i know i can fix and flip and make a decent amount in to the pile it goes.i also love big piles. You might see one thing from the road but when you start digging you find more
