Here in Sweden, if the lid is'nt TOTALLY closed, they will still empty it if it's your First time fellony doing this, but they'll leave a printed note hanging in a plastic bag at your lid telling you if it's happen again they will take your lid away and replace it with a one size up lid on your expense! Cool video! Truckers unite, hahaa!
