খাওয়ার আগে ৬.১ এবং খাওয়ার পর ৭.০ আসছে। ফার্মেসিতে মেসিনে মাপছি।।। আমি কি কি রুলস মেনটেন করবো যাতে আমার বাচ্চা সুস্থ থাকবে,, আমার আগের বাচ্চা ৯ মাসে পেটেই মারা গেছে তখন ডায়বেটিস ছিলনা

তিন বেলা শুধু এক বাটি সবজি এক পিস মাছ বা এক পিস মুরগির মাংস একটা ডিম এক গ্লাস দুধ খেয়ে থাকি এর চেয়ে বেশি খাবার খেলে ডায়বেটিস বেড়ে যায় এতে কি বাচ্চার গ্রোথ হাইট ঠিক থাকবে।

@@aohonabanik3712 খাওয়ার পড়ে পাঁচ বা ছয় থাকে মাঝে মাঝে ছয় এর উপর ও হয় খালি পেটে চার এর বেশি থাকে আবার পাঁচ ও থাকে।
